Impakt foundation is a charitable organization founded in 2019 by Paul Klein, who is a global authority on the intersection of business and social change. Impakt Foundation received its charitable status in Sept 2020 and is committed to helping newcomers in Canada secure meaningful employment, economic stability, self sufficiency, and integration into society. At Impakt Foundation, we believe that that good jobs are key to improving the lives of New Canadians in need, hence in collaboration with our partners, we design innovative employment programs that support and address the well-being of job seekers, and a pathway for industry and service providers to make changes that better support job outcomes.
