Currently one of China's largest privately held seamless steel facilities producing pipe primarily for the oil and gas industry. By the middle of next year, the new facility will be completed with the ability to produce half a million tons of seamless pipe annually making TMSSP the largest privately held pipe company in China. As the sales and export arm of TMSSP, Impact International has grown into a diverse company specializing in oil and gas resources and products, in addition to increasing its role in the renewable energy market. Our future plans of expansion are in the fields of wind, water, and alternative fuel sources to power China's growing demand for energy. We also look for current partnerships in the middle east to provide proven technologies and quality products to the energy sector.
