Overview

In our coaching practice, we support individuals, teams and organizations in building the capabilities they need to meet the demands of leadership in times of opportunity, challenge and turbulence. As coaches, we help people embody new ways of being so that they can respond to life in more competent, creative and meaningful ways. We also work at all levels within organizations to develop and apply coaching skills as an integrated part of management and leadership competence. For the last 20 years, we have led coaching circles in a wide variety of business, government and volunteer organizations around the world. We have also provided training to hundreds of coaches and facilitators in the design and delivery of this technology. We offer 3 products to support the design and facilitation of Coaching Circles: QUICK START GUIDE This Guide describes the key features and practices of coaching circles to support those who wish to join or form a group. You will learn about the 3 phases of a coaching circle session and how to participate effectively in one through the lens of the client, the coach and the facilitator-coach. ONLINE COURSE Explore at your own pace the basic principles and practices of coaching circles in a stimulating interactive learning environment. You will find multiple tools to support your role as facilitator-coach and to anticipate the wide range of situations that arise in the effervescence of a coaching circle. LIVE WORKSHOP This 2-day workshop qualifies for 16 hours of ICF Core Competencies CCEs. The workshop provides a dynamic practice field to integrate and deepen the experience of the Online Course. You join colleagues in the review and application of the many concepts, strategies and tools described in the Online Course. As member of a coaching circle, you work on your own challenge and support others in doing the same. You observe an experienced facilitator-coach leading the group and get to practice this role.
