Ikon Model Management is a personal and exclusive model agency based in Amsterdam. Our primary goal is to discover and manage a small diverse group of exclusive female models. Having background from several years as top athlete, but also as booker our focus is a long term career in the International high fashion - and commercial market. Ikon is founded by Julia Kuijpers. She has worked as a successful model scout for six years in this industry and was a part of a model agency for 1,5 year. The models she has scouted worked for: Vogue, Elle, Hermes, Versace, Balmain and many more big clients. After six years it was time fore something new and Ikon Model Management was born…. IKON sees a model’s journey as personal growth for them, and for us, and therefore work tirelessly towards our model’s succesvol career in the fashion industry.
