The combined experience of our corporate officers and staff encompasses over 30 years in the Commercial and Residential Real Estate industry working with Federal, State and Local Government entities. During that time we have successfully obtained funding from public and private entities to fund the procurement of land; obtained the required entitlements to support the construction of the Project (s); obtained mortgage financing for the residential real estate sales related to the Project (s); and have obtained investors/ buyers for commercial property that were part of the scope of the Development Project (s). Most recently our focus has been on land development for commercial/industrial property. We have assisted over 200 national and international investors in the purchase and sale of raw land, multi-unit apartment buildings EB-5 investments and commercial office spaces.
