Founded in 2000, the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) Student Branch College of Engineering Adoor(SB CODE:61101) is a student-run organization which promotes the interests of undergraduate and graduate engineering students on and off-campus to host service events, coordinate opportunities to meet with corporate representatives and facilitate networking between fellow engineers. We also aim at working in close collaboration with the industrial world which would thereby enable the students to contribute with their innovative ideas in the field of technology.IEEE Student Branch College of Engineering Adoor aims to provide an interactive platform for students to develop professional and technical abilities. Since its inception, it is successful in organizing various events with well-defined objectives. More than a thousand active members have graduated from the college as student members.IEEE Student members have also been placed at top MNCs.Our societies Robotics and Automation Society, Power and Energy Society, Computer Society, Industrial Automation Society, Industrial Electronics Society and an affinity group Women In Engineering society are also performing at top levels. The IEEE Student Branch College of Engineering Adoor is a member of region 10(Asia-pacific) of IEEE.
