We are a professional aluminum makeup case manufacturer, including small makeup case, portable makeup case, rolling makeup case, makeup case with lights mirror (lamp case ) etc. Meanwhile, we also provide OEM/ODM service. Our factory was founded in Foshan in 2005, Guangdong province. It is the advanced manufacturing base of China and primary manufacturing centre of Guangdong. Our office is located in Guangzhou, for the reason that it is the international trade center and metropolis. It’s very near to Hongkong, besides, it has the biggest international pazhou exhibition fair (Canton Fair). Also, it is the convenient access to freight services with Baiyun international airport together with Nansha and Huangpu shipping port. Advantages: ★The factory has over 12 years experience of manufacturing. It has over 4500 square meters area and over skillful 100 workers. Most of our workers have more than 3 years’ experience to make cases. They could make production better according to the requirements. ★Most of our designers have more than 6 years’ design experience to make different styles of aluminum cases. Our designers could design better cases according to customers’ requirements, almost all our customers like our designs. ★ With very professional R&D team, they are in charge of exploring new products, and have very rich experience, mostly around 10~12 years, the most professional engineer has over 25 years experience, so our products always lead the market trend. They are learning and improving the aluminum case every day. They want to supply better and better aluminum cases for each customer. ★ We have 9 production lines with all-contained facilities, including CNC machine, computer sewing machine imported from Taiwan, molding making, metal stamping, metal punching, metal bending & drilling, silk-screening, final assembly and quality control etc. ★ This year we adopt new technology machines and production efficiency has improved a lot. Besides, we always increase more workers during peak time and they work in three eight-hour shifts, which assured our sufficient production capacity and exact delivery time. Our monthly production ability can reach to 6000~12000 sets. ★ Conducting checking of raw materials, online production inspection, semi-product testing, finished product testing and random spot-checks, our quality control team are able to ensure that our stringent standards are maintained. We also test quality rigidly by machine, and also do endurance test and drop test to low down the defective rate. ★ We have been offering the reasonable and competitive price to every customer to reach our mutual benefit and development. ★ Once we get agreements of your order, we will make production strictly as promised and we will perform all the duty what we confirmed.
