The ICCIT Student Mentorship Program at the University of Toronto Mississauga partners upper-year ICCIT student mentors with second-year ICCIT student mentees who are looking for advice on university life, career possibilities and professional development. This novel mentorship program provides support for newly admitted ICCIT students to help them make them make the most out of university. Through group sessions and one-on-ones, mentees gain valuable insight, expand their network and receive tailored support as they start their journey in the ICCIT.
