I&A Recruitment is a specialist IT recruitment company for the Alberta Canada region. Our company was created with the idea of bringing a better service to clients and candidates while dealing with the pressures of recruitment. A client has approximately 3 hours in which to decide if a candidate is suitable and that candidate could work with them for years. At the same time a candidate has only a small window to demonstrate their competency and personal skills to the hiring company. At I&A Recruitment with our clients we are not interested in pushing a one size fits all scenario. We are here to listen and to give you what you require in a timely and honest manor. For the candidate we are here to enable you to reach your goals and for you not to feel like just another candidate. We differentiate ourselves by guaranteeing the following: - all candidates will be interviewed in person before they meet the client - where applicable we will be individually testing each candidate to make sure that they meet what the client is requesting and also what they indicate in their resume
