The Law Firm mainly deals with issues of corporate, banking, investments and financial services law, in court, but above all out of court. The main activities concern the legal assistance for the negotiation and signing of contracts, companies’ reorganizations and extraordinary transactions. Cesare Giovanni Vecchio - founder of the Law Firm – was admitted to the Bar Association at the Court of Milan in 1991, Supreme High Court, as well as to the Association of Corporate and Tax Consultants. He has served as an independent director in Telecom Italy, Sorin Group, Gruppo Fimeccanica, Antichi Pellettieri and has worked as a director for real estate and financial groups. He was liquidator of important financial companies and in that capacity he assisted the first Italian company which got debt restructuring ex art. 182-bis of the bankruptcy law. He holds major corporate offices such as independent director in listed companies and unlisted companies.
