No Surprises: We will ensure that our service delivery procedures cover all relevant activities and therefore there will be no surprises. Regular Contact: As a minimum you will receive a brief written progress report every seven days. De-briefing of Candidates: Will be done within 24 hours of the service delivery Rapid Response: All client calls will receive a response within 3 hours. Client Focus: We will conduct a client service review, 60 days after the completion of the assignment. Off limits agreement: for an indefinite period in the future immediately we commence the recruitment assignment, for all people employed by your company
