I am the founder of Human Capital Consulting, a HR consultancy that provides uncomplicated advice and solutions for an organisations most valued asset - their people. Having worked in the function of HR for over 15 years, I can confidently say that when it comes to the needs and wants of employees, managers, and leadership teams, I have seen (and heard) it all. Resolving people-based matters in the workplace today, often, requires the help of people matter experts. Qualified, personable, and accessible, I am suited to working with SME clients who don't have the budget for a permanent HR resource but have identified they need help.
