HSK SHARIAH & ADVISORY is led by YM Tengku Dato’ Seri Hasmuddin Bin Tengku Othman who has vast experience in handling Shariah matters for more than 26 years. Our forte includes:- 1. Engagement –Breach of promise of marriage; 2. Marriage – Registration of marriage; 3. Divorce - Divorce by talaq, arbitration by Hakam, khulu’, ta’liq, li’an, fasakh, and registration of divorces outside the Court; 4. Polygamy; 5. Rights of parties after divorce – Mutaah, Nafkah iddah, Recovery of arrears of maintenance and Matrimonial Property; 6. Children – Hadhanah and Maintenance of children; 7. Inheritance/Succession – Faraid, verification of wills and verification of hibah; 8. Enforcement and execution of Judgment - Seizure and sale, Hiwalah, Judgment Debtor Summons and application to fix time; 9. Syariah Criminal Offences. We also provide legal expertise in relation to asset management’s such as Hibah, Wills, Amanat & Waqf not only to individuals but also to Government Linked Companies, State Government agencies and corporations.
