Overview

We develop AI products for HR. Our first HR machine helps to find the right hire: INQHIRE INQHIRE let you create a 360 target profile for candidate selection and matches this profile with the most important traits of job applicants. The match between the target profiles and and candidate's traits is used to estimate the likelihood a candidate will be a match for the job. Based on the matching score, INQHIRE suggests you winning questions to ask during the job interview. By combining a conjoint test to minimize social desirability with structured interview questions based on trait activation theory, we break down the false dichotomy of personality assessments or behavioral-oriented assessments. We consider the hiring process as a blend, not a 'this or that’ situation. Our algorithms help find better candidates, minimize social desirability in answers, and reduce costly biases in hiring.
