HR District is a Bucharest based company which started off as a recruitment agency. Our services and expertise have expanded to include tailor-made training solutions besides recruitment and HR consulting. Our team has both entrepreneurial and top management expertise, strong academic backgrounds, as well as a far-reaching network. Our areas of expertise: Recruitment: we cover all recruitment methods for selecting candidates. Including direct search and headhunting, we do from research & mapping to the end-to-end recruitment process. Training on recruitment topics and development of tailored recruitment strategies: we train or counsel students, candidates, employees, and managers either one-on-one or in a formal classroom setting on a wide variety of topics like Career Counselling, Recruiting Strategy, Recruitment processes, On-boarding and retention strategies. We build workshops for companies who need to improve their expertise, tailored to the company's needs. Recruitment KPIs: Let’s analyses your achievements and improve them with the right KPIs to monitor. Organizational diagnosis and identification of the organizational stage within the departments: organizational climate is the main cause for which a new employee leaves the company in the first year. We evaluate the stage where the company is and come up with suggestions for their improvement and implementation. Building the onboarding process: 26% of candidates are lost in the onboarding period due to inefficient processes during this period.
