We fundamentally believe that the impact of HR to create great companies and great cultures is undeniable. You don’t learn what you need from formal training. Over the years of managing large HR teams, we could never find relevant, applicable training, so we created our own based on our own tried and tested wins and losses. Our adaptive model for HR influence, built around emotional intelligence competencies, has been our key to success. We have learnt that it’s not about a love of people, rather a love of building great culture as the linchpin to people thriving! You need to be great at strategy, commercially astute, and you must be influential – if HR doesn’t have a strong voice at the table, it is very challenging to deliver results. Our approach to HR Strategy is unique and we leverage our expertise across many industries to understand the “what” and the “why” and incorporate data and analytics to get below the surface. We deliver a truly customised approach, not off the shelf. We do not plagiarise McKinsey or Bain and rebadge it for our strategy work, we use our own proven models and methods. And the best part - we are not consultants! We are practitioners, who have done the job for 30 years. The learning journey is lifelong – there is always room to grow.
