Background HP Plate (Huifeng Wear Resistant Industry Co., Ltd.) was founded in 1994 Taiwan. Our Process In order to solve long-term wear and tear problems, we execute our own R&D and cost-effective production of welding equipment which manufactures composite Chromium Carbide Overlay wear-resistant steel plate. We have advanced technology in our process, which solves the dilution problem between the wear resistant overlays and the substrate. The hardface weld overlay multiplies the service life of the equipment that it protects because it provides the best solution for wear and abrasion. This reduces our customers' downtime and economic losses from stoppages of production due to worn equipment. HP Plate has achieved the world-class standards, it is produced with three elements (a combination of strength, flatness, durability), and has been an industry leader.
