More than just hot yoga, you’ll get a mix of nutritional advice, coupled with life strategies and inspired ideas that help our students see clearly and live consciously. Our movements are never random. Each posture and every class is coordinated to provide an effect. Some to create strength in areas that few people ever work while, others develop flexibility and movement so that our students find themselves moving through life with ease.
