Overall Mission of the office / Corporate Office The mission of the Head Office of Operations is to provide operations coordination, information sharing, situations awareness, the common operating picture, and Department continuity, enabling execution of the Secretary's responsibilities across the Hotels. Strategic Goals Champion and lead the development of a unified strategy for a robust Global Guest, Staff and Owners satisfaction Invest in and develop innovative technologies to meet partner requirements and make operations better Strengthen Standards and Legal operations, ensuring readiness Establish a Corporate financier reporting; monthly critique meetings with solid line to the Stack holders The "Corporate Office" will be an organization that others use as a benchmark, in terms of staff expertise, opportunities, and moral conduct The Office of Operations Coordination: "The following Divisions will be Shareable: Administration Sales Office PR and Marketing Management Global Human Resources Global Procurement Global Financial operations" Participation in all necessary global Social gatherings: Amcham community, Hotelier Communities Provides timely, accurate, and coordinated reporting on significant and upcoming operations, operational responses, policy initiatives, and outreach on emerging threats and intelligence assessments Ensures Corporate resources are coordinated in support of special events throughout the Properties / Units, as appropriate. Prepares the Crisis Action Team to augment the Operation Center Risks Leads the Department's internal Continuity of Operations and Corporate Operational Projects and Programs and critical infrastructure efforts to enable continuation of primary mission essential functions in the event of a degraded and/or crisis operating environment
