We at Horizons are a bespoke provider of residential care for children and young people between the ages of 8-18 years. We have four houses that can house up to three children and young people for 1:1 support. Our ethos and team are dedicated to providing outstanding care and support to young people to enable them to have the lives they truly deserve.
