Honey World Zimbabwe (HWZ) is a social enterprise working with Zimbabwean rural communities, empowering them to venture into beekeeping and supporting them with the necessary training and equipment that they need to start the projects. In doing this, we are able to produce a reliable brand of Pure Natural Honey for both the local and international market. Our vision is to see rural communities in Zimbabwe gaining sustainable income from beekeeping as an income generating activity and in so doing, realise the value of natural forests and the need to conserve the environment. HWZ also works with already-established farmers who are keen to combine beekeeping with crop farming to improve crop yields through increased pollination by bees. With climate change becoming a global threat, we strongly believe that beekeeping can be a very important tool in reducing its potential negative impact on our beloved mother earth.
