Overview

We design, build and tend culinary and pollinator habitat gardens for Michelin star restaurants, resorts, chefs, corporate headquarters, and residential. Our gardens may produce every edible flower and leaf the restaurant serves, or bouquets of cut flowers. We help chefs attain the ultimate flavor and freshness in food, reduce carbon footprints, add beauty, and grow regenerative habitat ecosystems. We curate full-circle brand experiences thru edible landscapes and mini orchards, often in entirely unexpected milieus, to thoughtfully weave your brand through every department. Some gardens are full permaculture designs where we create biodynamic, nutrient-rich soil and reduce waste - others are more experiential, and educational. Every project is bespoke, and we also create custom curricula for workshops and source as well as aid with staffing.
