Overview

Katkan has two branches in Iran. One is located in South Asaluyeh Co. PJSC. in Buhsher, the other new branch is based in Tehran, Iran and is specialized in Airports Management and Aviation Projects. Katkan is in a partnership with the Dutch company of de Jong Gortemaker Algra and the Dutch Health Architects for design and construction of large specialized hospitals. Very recently we have been awarded to construct additional terminals of Imam Khomeini International Airport in South of Tehran. A Terminal with a capacity of handling 25 million passengers per annum. The initial estimation of cost for this phase is about 2 billion euro. In return to this investment, financer can take natural resources of Iran such as oil and natural gas…., or/and take over the possession of properties and lands nearby the airport for further investment like building hotels and cargo airport facilities, and/or can joint venture the management of the airport and earn the investment with higher rate of interest. Katkan has been granted to implement this project under any format that is beneficiary to all joining parties. Overall this project includes engineering, update of design and construction leading to operation and management of the airport until the investment with and agreed percentage is obtained returned.
