We are a niche law firm dealing primarly with commercial disputes, regulatory and professional negilgence claims. We act for clients facing investigations before their professional regulatory body and representation at any discilplinary hearings. We act for solicitors facing SRA investigations and which require representations at the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal. We have particular expertise in bringing professional negligence claims against other professionals including solicitors, surveyors and architects. We deal with commercial disputes including contractual, partnership and construction related matters in the County and High Court. We are experienced in seeking to resolve disputes by mediation and seeking cost effective solutions for our clients.
