HM Property Investments Inc. was founded in August of 2007 by Judson Menezes and Bryan Hickman. This company takes an open and broad approach towards investing in real estate. These entrepreneurial projects range from construction build-outs to acquisitions and retention of rental units. HMPI business specializes in, but is not limited to, working with apartment, condo, and loft units. HM Property Investments originated in the popular Historic District of Savannah, GA. Although it still has a presence there, headquarters are now in Miami, FL, where it has successfully grown its portfolio. HMPI has also expanded internationally via investments in the emerging city of Porto Velho, Brazil. HMPI is optimistic of its further growth and diversification plans for the near future both domestically and abroad.
