Acquisition of Incasso LLP In January 2013, HL Solicitors acquired the business and assets of Incasso LLP. Incasso LLP was the debt recovery division of Cobbetts LLP, a general law practice formed in Manchester with origins going back to the early 19th century. Incasso LLP who had headquarters in Leeds, employed over 50 staff and was established as a market leader in Debt Recovery. The management team at HL recognised the synergies between the two firms and the potential to grow the business and quickly acted.
