HJ Oil Nigeria was established as the Nigerian arm of HJ Oil and Food Consulting (South Africa), to project manage the Akwa Ibom State's St Gabriel Coconut Plantation and Refinery, part of the Governor's USD 84 000 000 industrialization drive to diversify the economy by increasing agricultural production and thus reduce dependence on crude oil.
