Botanical spirt made from Scottish Honey Highland Moon Ltd was established in 2020. Birthed on the banks of the Tay, this small moonshine business echoes 100 years of history. Taking influence from the 1920’s prohibition era, a time where British brewers were capitalising on the illegal trade across the Atlantic. The need for a good time and a strong drink in your hand was in high demand. A situation we are all too familiar with a century later. We aim to put a jar in everybody’s hand, eclipse the bad memories and look forward to the future.
