Highland Development Services (HDS) was started at the request of existing clients, desiring the level of commitment and service provided while working with other firms. We are proud of our dedication to assisting our Clients in creating exceptional communities in our own towns and cities of Northern Colorado. HDS has broad experience within subdivision design, single-family and multifamily developments, and also with higher education facilities, k-12 schools, municipal facilities, roadway, and infrastructure design, etc. We are in an exciting time where communities and people are encouraging creative ways to reduce our community & environmental impacts along with future outlooks to become more efficient and sustainable.
