About the President Paul Santos's extensive higher education HR experience helps colleges with their unique HR needs. For the past decade, Paul served as the AVP of HR for one of the largest community colleges in NC, Central Piedmont Community College. At CPCC, Paul transformed HR into a consultative business partner to the President and his cabinet, faculty and staff. Paul has also audited and consulted with smaller colleges in the region, helping them with their HR needs. Paul has been a contributor and presenter at various CUPA-HR and ACCBO conferences at the local and national level.
