FORK our flagship restaurant which has been operating for 20 years as one of the leading contemporary American restaurants in the country. Fork has been named a Semifinalist, Outstanding Restaurant by JBF, 2014 - 2016, Chef Owner Eli Kulp was a Food & Wine Best New Chef 2014 and JBF Finalist, Best Chef Mid Atlantic, 2016. Restauranteur Ellen Yin was a JBF Finalist for Outstanding Restaurateur 2018. HIGH STREET ON MARKET a casual yet sophisticated restaurant/bakery that serves morning thru evening, focused on grains and vegetables. High Street on Market was named Bon Appetit Magazine’s #2 Best New Restaurant in 2014, paving the way for its sister High Street on Hudson which opened in December 2015. HIGH STREET ON HUDSON Inspired by its sister restaurant in Philadelphia, High Street on Hudson is located in the West Village/Meatpacking District. High Street earned two stars from the NY Times. A.KITCHEN + BAR French-inspired bistro-style restaurant with a 400 label wine list, a.kitchen was named one of Wine Enthusiast’s Top 100 Wine Restaurants. Led by Chef Eli Collins, a.kitchen earned 3 bells from Philadelphia Inquirer Craig LaBan.
