Heroes - We want to rethink merchandising and fan engagement! Our mission: A joint development of the brand potential of our partners, through innovative lifestyle products and the development of target group activating technologies. Heroes AG was founded in 2018 as an innovative start-up and has been listed on the Düsseldorf stock exchange since 2019. The founders discovered an underdeveloped market segment in the fan merchandising sector: the distribution of modern and trendy lifestyle products such as fan sneakers/socks, shoes, lifestyle bracelets, costume jewellery, watches, perfume, clothing etc., which are marketed directly under the names of sports, music and film stars, as well as other stars. Since its foundation, Heroes AG has initiated important licensing agreements with the UEFA and the American NBA, and has been able to conclude LOI's for trademark and licensing rights. These contracts and rights include a number of European and American clubs as well as Champions League clubs such as FC Liverpool. With the strong network to clubs, player consultants, sports agencies and the media, Heroes AG receives lucrative new licenses and (sales) potential for the future before competitors have any knowledge of such opportunities. Due to the proximity to producers in professional sports and our own shareholdings in merchandising manufacturers, Heroes AG is able to react quickly to new trends and to bring products to the market within the shortest possible time that correspond to the current zeitgeist. Heroes AG sees itself as an investment tool for investors who want to invest and profit in a rapidly growing market. And this applies to the entire value chain - not only for football, but for all growing sports. The sports and entertainment industry will continue to profit from digitalisation, because media rights, data and eSports are the major growth drivers of the future.
