Hercules Tuff Inc. is a small business located in Massachusetts. It is a business started by two pharmacists, Janine D. and Brian L. As coworkers in the same pharmacy, it was fate that brought us together. Our love of ecommerce strengthened our bond. Our mutual passion to provide the best quality phone and cell phone accessories fueled our business from the first day we started the company in 2017, until now. We are both voracious consumers and we understand the importance of a high quality customer experience. Excellent service for our customers has been our #1 priority, and will continue to be for all days. We are a fast growing company, but still a small company. Brian and Janine handles most marketing, promotion, product management, etc... We have some assistants who are happy stay at home moms, who help with our customer experience and customer emails. We are lucky to also have a few designers who help with graphics and other one time tasks. Please pardon us, if messages aren't always responded to right away - some days when our stay at home moms are on vacation, it's just Janine and Brian running the entire business.
