The initiative brings together women with experience in recruiting and other fields in order to help finding work for other womеn, mothers with children who lost their jobs due to the war and have now appeared in western Ukraine or abroad. Ukrainian women are strong and free! And while most Ukrainian men are fighting russian invaders, Ukrainian women are supporting the economic front. And they definitely need support, empathy and understanding from employers and companies. Our initiative is about mentorship and support. Each candidate is assigned a recruiter/mentor who supports her throughout the job search period: preparing resumes for interviews, selecting vacancies and communicating with employers.
