H. Calero Consulting Group, Inc., (HCCG) located in Puerto Rico, is a woman-owned business, specializing in economics, strategic planning, and finance. It was founded in July 1993 to assist clients in achieving and implementing particular business and policy objectives with feasibility studies, market analysis, competitors’ profile, strategic planning, needs assessment, economic forecasting, support litigation, and other aspects of business and policy making. Simply stated, HCCG assists clients, both in the private and public sector, to define and present effectively a successful business plan, strategy, or policy through: analysis of the operating environment and the impact of future trends; where is the business at a point in time and where does it want to go; what are its short and long term objectives; how to get there; what markets to pursue; what products and services fulfill a need a client’s business can supply; what will be the cost; how to best present and document a position; how to present an economic theory or measure damages in litigation.
