Overview

How we were founded.. In 2005 when Davida had her first stroke she was not aware of the life changing incident that had occurred in her life. Unlike most she was able to resume her daily life as a mother, student and an employee. When she had her second reoccurring stroke she began to experience the difficulties that are brought on by a stroke and as she knew it her life had changed. Davida founded Healthy Thoughts so that others would know and understand the warning signs and precursors to a stroke. As well as support those that have been struck by this devastating disease.
