At HCGAPS Ltd, we specialise in supplying the care home sector with 24/7 reactive calls outs, PPM and planned projects refurbishments with an extensive support service to match. Hcgaps Ltd are a facilities management company that services approximately 125+ properties across the UK. Based in Head Office in Cardiff, South Wales we employ a team of directly employed engineers in Plumbing and heating. Where we do not cover a geographical area with directly employed labour we recruit select sub-contract partners to work with us to enable us to service the properties within specified timeframes. Reactive works come into our office daily and our team of Operational specialists allocate the works to existing partners and employed engineers based on geographical and trade speciality. Our focus is on care home settings where our commitment to unmatched customer service, sector expertise and extensive commercial gas and plumbing combines to give our customers complete peace of mind.
