Havens was approached to bid on the installation of a new sewer system for the city of Braymer, Missouri. Tom was an entrepreneur with a construction background. He jumped at the opportunity and never looked back. Since then, the company Tom started has become an industry leader. Havens Construction is one of Kansas City’s top heavy utility contractors.
