By helping clients clarify and align their personal goals with those of the organisation they are able to rise to challenges, grapple with dilemmas, negotiate complexity and learn new skills and approaches to achieve their best. Our clients are individual and so our coaching programmes are individual too, tailored to meet their specific needs. However, all programmes contain some essential elements: chemistry meeting; client and stakeholder contracting to agree purpose, goals and outcome measures; face to face and telephone coaching; mid and end of programme reviews etc. We like to work in partnership with organisations and we expect to get close to HR and line-management, to work side by side, in order to facilitate successful outcomes for all.
