Hash Capital Partners is a Dallas, TX-based Crypto Credit Advisory Firm founded in January 2022. We advise large and medium-size commercial Bitcoin miners and natural resource companies source credit opportunities between ~$5mm - $100mm for asset-backed loans and infrastructure debt deals. We are former JP Morgan and Goldman Sachs credit professionals with over 14 years of underwriting and transaction structuring experience. We advise mining clients on capital structures and work closely with them through every step of the process from meeting investors, pitching deal opportunities, drafting term sheets, and executing credit applications. We expedite the underwriting process by supporting private lenders on cumbersome underwriting tasks.
