The Harlingen WaterWorks is committed to supplying our customers with the highest quality drinking water and wastewater services. The Harlingen WaterWorks System serves approximately 27,000 water customers in addition to the Town of Combes, Town of Primera, and Palm Valley. The WaterWorks also services approximately 19,000 sewer accounts in addition to the towns of Combes and Primera.
