The Houston Area Roofing Contractors Association (HARCA) is a regional Chapter of the Roofing Contractors Association of Texas (RCAT). This group of professionals collectively represents the voice of the roofing and waterproofing industry in the Houston and surrounding areas. Our purpose is to help members operate successfully by providing regular continuing education and networking opportunities, industry contacts and a form for government relations.
