Our company manages the entire operation including design, mould making, testing, moulding, packaging and exporting. We process a full range of engineered resins, from high temperature glass or carbon filled to off the shelf Polyethylenes. Some machines mounted robot, others central drying systems and various auxiliary equipment. Our team is proud of its skills in using advanced injection molding equipment which enables us to provide customers the economy of mass production regardless of the quantity supplied. Each day we meet the challenges of a demanding market in the rapidly changing thermoplastics industry. We also have a full secondary department when additional operations such as, screen-printing, painting or assembly is required for the finished products. Another important feature of this operation is our in-house Tooling/Manufacturing facility, which cuts downtime for mold cleaning and any necessary engineering changes or repairs. It also offers the added efficiency and convenience of having your molds manufactured in our plant.
