Hansei Technology (H-tech for short) is a robotics team made up of high school students from grades IX - XII. Established in 2018, it is part of the First Inspires family, Romania's most extensive STEM education community. Our team's goal is to design, build and program robots that are capable of performing in competitions in this field. Over time, we have participated in competitions and won awards within the FTC, including Control Award I in 2018, Innovate Award III in 2021 and Think Award III in 2023. We have a well-built internal organization, consisting of 15 members, who, guided by mentors and helped by volunteers, achieve high performance. The team was founded by Nicolae David, former member and leader of the team. Since its establishment until now, we have collaborated with more than 21 members and about 15 volunteers, developing partnerships with various companies. Every year we have evolved, from new members and volunteers guided by mentors in a totally different way from the beginning, to more rigorous organization and constant deadlines, we have tried to focus on improving and growing the team. Also, the new organizational structure has positively influenced our determination, while trying to combine the implementation of the team's purpose with the personal development and creativity of the members to improve our performances. Based on personal skills, for a more rigorous organization of tasks and an efficiency of team project achievements, members are divided into departments, depending on the field in which they excel: mechanics, programming, 3d design or PR. Therefore, Hansei Technology represents a community of high school students eager to learn and improve their skills in both STEM and human fields, always working towards the goal of improving performance and achieving outstanding results in future competitions.
