HES and its charter schools (Star International, Universal, Universal Learning and Noor International Academies) were founded in 1998 by Mrs. Nawal Hamadeh, Chairman Emeritus Executive and are committed to serving their communities. Dr. Ali Y Bazzi serves as the HES President and Mr. Haidar Nemer as its CEO.
