HackScreen was founded in 2012 by a team that aims to revolutionize the way programmers are recruited and interviewed. No longer will Recruiters and Software Managers have to conduct countless technical phone interviews to somehow find the best programmers to come in for in-person interviews. With HackScreen, you can create challenging programming quizzes from different technology languages and share the quiz through email or even your social networks. HackScreen is a full scale web application that provides a number of key performance metrics, and with our proprietary algorithm we even develop an overall composite score that recommends which programmers best match your opening. We're taking the hunch and guessing out of recruiting programmers and making it an easy and scientific process.
