Overview

H2O Splashpad Consultants will work in a fiduciary role, with the client, to obtain project goals starting with education of the entire process from budgeting to construction. H2O can evaluate suppliers, contractors, landscape architects and engineers to give the client the best team to meet their objectives within budget. H2O can evaluate all bids for the client so they can make an educated decision for purchasing and construction. H2O Splashpad Consultants can work with park directors as a owners rep to ensure they obtain their project goals within budget. H2O can work with landscape architects in selecting the proper manufacture and contractors to enable project to run smoothly. H2O can coordinate with contractors on a design build project so they spend their valuable time building and not going through the design process. H2O can work with aquatic designers as a sub consultant because they have taken on a small project that may not be a valuable use of their time. Safety is parmount to H2O Splashpad Consultants. Bill is Aquatics Facility Operator (AFO) certified, is a member of the Council of the Model Aquatic Health Code (CMAHC) and ASTM 24.70 Aquatics Committee.
