The equipment we have to meet customers require ments are: Disab industrial vacuum tank - This piece of equipment provides the service of high volume suction capable the removal of powder , liquid , gravel and general spillages of most products. Disab Vacuum tank The disab centurion is a high volume suction capacity vacuum tank combined high reach telescopic boom capable of reaching 16 meters for high inaccessible areas making this machine ideal for vertical silos , powder tankers and storage vessels. The disab also can tip the waste product into skips with the added feature of a high tip barrel. the disab can also blow the product in to a powder tank for waste removal and with our mobile bagging plant can be bagged into bulk bags. Silo Whip The silo whip system is suitable for the majority of bulk silo and storage systems, this is designed to be used remotely through a access opening point at the top of a silo or bin storage system , so there is no need for operators to enter the potentially dangerous confined space area of the bulk storage. The system is a two man operation which is powered by compressed air and has a cleaning reach from 2.4 to 8.0 meters with a 360 degrees cleaning rotation which can extend down in to the silo / bin by 45 meters. With the silo whip system we can offer a safe and fast solution to any blockage/ build up . Mobile bagging plant This peace of equipment functions along side the vacuum tank to bag the waste product into bulk bags for reuse of disposal.
