Our philosophy Our family philosopy constitutes, from Edelbrand to Schnaps to produce only the best high-qualitative products, with healthy and mature fruit from our own fruit orchards or local farmers. We believe in the selection of all our ingredients with the utmost care. We want to give our customers the same pleasure in the enjoyment of our specialties, as we have in the entire workmanship. The craft of distilling only becomes a much-cited art, when it is filled with a lot of experience and love for the job. Experience given by our ancestors, and our joy of creating something, leads us again and again into new worlds. The inspiration for our work comes from the wonderful nature that surrounds us.
