We are boutique architectural and project management practice based in Brisbane, Queensland. Founded in 1992 as Guy Williams Architects, we evolved into gwarchitects in 2003. For over 25 years our aim has remained the same, that is to provide a high-quality, efficient and progressive multi-disciplinary practice based on traditional architectural principles and high-quality personal service, meeting the needs of, and creating value for, every client. We specialise in Architecture and Design, Project Management and Interior fitouts. We service the SE Queensland and Northern NSW areas and have the capability and experience to handle projects ranging from the small and delicate, through to the larger and more complex. Our client relationships are important to us and our client-centric service model and company philosophy are testimony to this. As part of our on-going commitment of providing ‘best practice’ outcomes for our clients, we are a certified ‘A+’ practice member of the Australian Institute of Architects (AIA). Guy Williams has also been elevated to a ‘Fellow’ of the Institute, for his many years of service to the profession and the industry. As such, we proudly conform to the Institute’s ‘Code of Ethics’ and ‘Environmental Policy’, recognising our on-going obligations to the wider community and the environment. The office management systems, procedures and policies adopted and implemented by this practice are based upon the standards and procedures as recommended and set out in the AIA Practice Policies and the Architect’s Act of Queensland.
